Brian M. Hasher first joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as an associate in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Brian had several years of landlord-tenant experience with other metropolitan New York area law firms. Brian is currently the Deputy Attorney in the firm’s Queens County Housing Court practice appearing in Queens County Housing Court on a daily basis. Since 2007, Brian has actively litigated Commercial Non-Payment and Holdover Proceedings, Residential Holdover Proceedings, Residential Non-Payment Proceedings and New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development (DHPD) Proceedings in Queens County, Civil Court. In addition to his Landlord/Tenant Practice, Brian is actively involved in all facets of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions. Brian represents both Sellers and Purchasers of Residential and Commercial Property assisting clients in the preparation and review of real estate contracts, clearance of Title issues, clearance of conditions for loan approval and all aspects of real estate closings.

Brian earned his JD from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in June 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to attending Touro College, Brian received his Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University in 2000. Brian was admitted to the Bar of the State of New York in 2006 and is currently a member of the Queens County Bar Association.
