Christian J. Allimonos joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. in September 2018, where he utilizes his expertise in landlord-tenant litigation to represent landlords in civil courts in every borough as well as New York State Supreme Court. Christian’s strong real estate background has led to his specialization in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial leases, with a style of communication and attention to detail that helps his clients focus on and achieve their business goals. In addition, he is an active member of the firm’s Administrative Law Department and he has successfully represented clients before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal in areas such as rent overcharge proceedings and Petitions for Administrative Review.

Christian earned his J.D from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in May 2017 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Salve Regina University in 2014. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
