Gary P. Wollan first joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as an associate attorney in November of 2006. Prior to joining the firm Gary was an associate attorney at a general practice law firm where he handled a wide variety of legal matters including Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Real Estate Litigation, Housing Court Litigation, and General Litigation.

Gary’s practice areas for the firm include Real Estate, Real Estate Litigation, and Housing Litigation concentrating in commercial and residential real estate. Gary is a part of the firm’s New York County Litigation Practice Group. Gary routinely appears in New York State Supreme Court, New York City Housing Court and New York City Civil Court to handle all aspects of litigation on behalf of the firm’s clients. Gary has been successful in representing landlords and owners in non payment proceedings, HP Proceedings and Holdover Proceedings in Housing Court. Gary has successfully tried and won Non-Primary Residence Holdover cases for the firm’s clients and has successfully defended Landlords and Owners against abatement claims and Harassment Claims. Gary also represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.

Gary earned his JD from New York Law School in May 2000. Gary received his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Albany in 1997.

Gary is admitted to practice law in New York and is also admitted to the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.

Gary is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
