She has a deep knowledge of the city, state and federal regulations and laws relating to real estate litigation and a diverse background in general civil and commercial litigation, handling every aspect of litigation from the commencement of an action to trial and through the appeals process. Jann was admitted to practice in the courts of both New York and New Jersey in 2003 and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2012.
