Bio

Brian Hasher joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers PC as an associate in 2007 and became a Member of the firm in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Brian had several years of landlord-tenant experience with other metropolitan New York area law firms. Brian is currently the supervising member of the firm’s Queens County Housing Court practice, appearing in that Court on a daily basis. Since 2007, Brian has actively litigated commercial non-payment and holdover proceedings, residential non-payment and holdover proceedings and defended against proceedings commenced by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development in Queens County Civil Court.

Brian is also actively involved in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions Department, handling all aspects of the closing process for residential and commercial transactions, including negotiating contract terms, clearing title issues and reviewing loan documents. Brian also handles closings for several lenders represented by the firm.

Brian received his J.D. from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from James Madison University.
