Bio

Jeffrey Hulbert joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. as an associate in 2013 and became a Member of the firm in 2021. He has over 13 years of experience representing the interests of owners in Housing Court, primarily in New York City.

Jeff is the supervising Member of the firm’s Bronx Housing Court practice, where he handles all aspects of residential and commercial non-payment and holdover proceedings in addition to defending against proceedings commenced by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, as well as tenant-initiated actions seeking repairs or those asserting claims of harassment and/or unlawful eviction. Jeff has many years of experience handling complex litigation pertaining to landlord/tenant issues, including appeals and civil litigation stemming from landlord/tenant disputes.

Jeff earned his J.D. from Albany Law School Union University in 2007, while simultaneously earning his Master’s Degree in Business through the Joint Degree Program with The College of St. Rose.  Jeff earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Albany, where he graduated magna cum laude.
