Jeremy Poland joined Horing Welikson Rosen & Digrugilliers, P.C. in 2016 as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy worked at a Manhattan-based landlord-tenant firm and was also previously a partner at a Long Island law firm, where he handled commercial litigation matters, real estate and commercial transactions, corporate and business formations, bankruptcy and civil litigation.
Jeremy’s role at the firm includes the representation of landlords in both residential and commercial landlord-tenant proceedings. He handles all facets of these proceedings, including complex trials and appeals, predominantly in New York County, but also in Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester counties. Jeremy also handles Supreme Court litigation, bankruptcy matters, proceedings before the NYC Commission on Human Rights and the New York State Division of Human Rights, as well as assisting in the Administrative Law Department.
Jeremy is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Jeremy earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his undergraduate degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
